Role Summary
We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Contact Center Specialists focusing on chat support for our seller experience. In this role, you will drive car sales through chat enquiries generated on our app and website, ensuring exceptional customer service and contributing to our sales goals.


Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales Conversion: Engage with potential sellers via chat to guide them through the car selling process, answer queries, and encourage conversion.
Maintain Chat SLAs: Adhere to chat response time standards to ensure timely assistance to all customers.
Customer Engagement: Provide high-quality customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and foster positive relationships.
Manage Multiple Chats: Efficiently handle multiple chat sessions without missing any customer interactions.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to share insights and improve overall customer experience.

Who We Are Looking For

Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: No minimum experience required; fresh graduates are welcome. Experience in international chat processes and sales is a plus.
