Job Description

Role & responsibilities




Effectively support education verification process through ensuring timely closures without any errors. Blended Process (verification through call and mail)
Verify education cases PAN India.
Contact educational institutes through calls and/or emails for verification
Responsible to maintain the TAT.
Timely escalate issues which need supervisors intervention
Required 0-1 year of experience in Operations.
Graduation or Post-Graduation (Preferred)
Detail Oriented
Good Interpersonal Skills
Good Communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Flexible
Quick Learner
Proficient in Excel
Logical Approach

Few things to be noted-

Alternate Saturdays will be working
Supervisor may ask to work on the remaining Saturday or Sunday as per business requirement
Even if candidate is working from home post training, supervisor may ask to join office in any productivity or quality related issues are observed and there is no improvement even after sharing the feedback
