Production Foreman

Principle Duties and Responsibilities ----------------------------
• Report production progress to superiors.
• Develop a work schedule for workers.
• Supervise all production workers.
• Be the liaison between workers and superiors.
• Solve disputes& conflicts between workers& multiple shifts.
• Ensure that a production is adequately staffed.
• Assign tasks to workers as per production requirement.
• Ensure that the production is staying on or under budget within timelines.
• Implement Company requirements and legal regulations, paying specific attention to legislation, process and quality.
• Carry out and record site inspections.
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements.
• Conduct and amend risk assessments and deliver toolbox talks/briefings.
• Ensure site personnel have job relevant training require
• Education and Experience -------------------
• ITI/ diploma or equivalent from recognised university & institute in India is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology field from recognised university & institute in India
• 2-3 Yrs. Experience with manufacturing facility.
• Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office,including Word,Excel,PowerPoint.
• Ability to demonstrate solid written and oral communication skills.
