Civil Engineer (Location - Muscat, Oman)

Job description
Leading Interior Fit-Out company in Muscat, Oman, is looking for a motivated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong understanding of site engineering principles and project management within the context of interior fit-out projects.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all on-site civil engineering aspects of interior fit-out projects.
• Interpret and implement architectural and interior design drawings.
• Ensure that all construction activities adhere to approved plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site surveys, inspections, and quality control checks.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of construction activities, materials, and labor.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and within budget project completion.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the interior fit-out or construction industry (freshers with strong site management knowledge may also apply).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, and other 3D modeling software.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Plus:
• Experience with project management software and methodologies.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Oman.
