Job Description:

Femina Flaunt is seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our salon in Kalyani Nagar, Bangalore. As the Salon Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring a high standard of customer service, staff management, and overall salon performance.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily salon operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all departments.
Manage and lead a team of hairstylists, beauticians, and support staff.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any customer concerns.
Schedule appointments and manage client bookings effectively.
Monitor inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Implement promotional activities and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Provide training and development to staff as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role in the beauty industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Knowledge of salon software and booking systems.
A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends.
