Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced.NET Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in.NET development and SQL, with a proven ability to provide efficient support, manage a team, and communicate effectively with clients. The candidate must also be able to work under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
Provide comprehensive support for .NET-based applications and SQL databases.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently.
Ensure minimal downtime by proactively addressing potential technical challenges.
Team Management
Lead and manage a small team of support engineers.
Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Guide team members in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
Client Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and escalations.
Communicate technical solutions to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Build strong client relationships by maintaining a high standard of service.
Under Pressure Performance
Work effectively in high-pressure scenarios with tight deadlines.
Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently during critical situations.
Documentation and Reporting
Document resolutions, maintain knowledge bases, and create SOPs for common issues.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on support activities.
Key Requirements
Technical Skills
Proficiency in.NET framework(C#,ASP.NET, MVC).
Strong knowledge ofSQL Server(queries, stored procedures, optimization).
Familiarity with debugging and diagnostic tools.
Soft Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for seamless client interaction.
Strong team management and leadership abilities.
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
Other Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in .NET and SQL.
Willingness to provide application support and take ownership of tasks.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
