Job Description (JD):
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor / Foreman for a construction project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the mechanical construction field and hold an ITI qualification. The position requires a hands-on approach with strong leadership and communication skills to supervise and manage mechanical installation and maintenance activities. The company will provide accommodation and transportation for the selected candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Team Management:
• Supervise and lead a team of mechanical technicians and workers on-site.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the project schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to the team to ensure optimal efficiency.
Mechanical Installation & Maintenance:
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, piping, etc.) in construction projects.
• Ensure that all mechanical work meets project specifications, standards, and safety guidelines.
• Conduct inspections and supervise work quality to ensure that the installation processes are accurate and safe.
Key Requirements:
• Education:
• ITI qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical supervision or foreman role within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in mechanical installations, particularly in large-scale construction projects.
