Designer - Active Wear & Sleep Wear

Executes all the Range Plans for the season on time (OTIF) - Selects fabrics/prints/trims as are viable in terms of cost, quality and look for the category, brand, theme and season - Conducts Market Research by travelling to EBOs and stores for sales, market, or other input as relevant to design - Provides clear indents for sampling and work in tandem with patterning and sampling to ensure good products for presentation - Maintains good follow up charts to track progress and status - Manages time and resources to meet design deadlines effectively

Minimum 2 years in Active wear & sleep wear

At least 3 years of experience in leading a team of Designer

Functional Skills - Good grasp of fabrics, knits, print techniques, Graphics and construction of womens-wear - Adept with Excel, PowerPoint, and CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator - Need to be articulate, since verbal ability is used to translate the design
