• Analyze and monitor chemical production processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement process changes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Assist in scaling up laboratory processes to full-scale production.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during production, minimizing downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning.
• Work with maintenance teams to schedule and execute preventive maintenance.
• Ensure that the chemical products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular checks and tests to ensure consistency and quality in production batches.
• Assist in reviewing product formulations and making necessary adjustments.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices in the production process.
• Ensure that all production activities comply with environmental and health regulations.
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including process hazard analysis (PHA) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collect and analyze data related to production rates, yield, and efficiency.
• Prepare detailed reports on production performance, highlighting areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., quality control, maintenance, R&D, and logistics).
• Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and technicians on operational procedures and safety protocols.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) of operational issues and contribute to the development of corrective actions.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
