Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Factory Supervisor/Manager to join our team at PYG Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will oversee factory operations, maintain essential records, and ensure smooth coordination between the factory and head office.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Management:
• Maintain and submit attendance and leave records for all employees.
• Prepare and submit monthly attendance reports to the head office.

Documentation:
• Maintain and organize all required files and records as directed by management.
• Submit documents to respective departments like Accounts and HR.

Daily Operations:
• Prepare and submit daily work reports to the head office.
• Handle on-desk and on-field tasks as assigned.
• Address and resolve any unforeseen circumstances occurring in the factory.

Coordination:
• Collaborate with the plant and head office for requirements and reconciliation.

Other Tasks:
• Perform additional duties as required by the management.

Required Skills:
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Expertise in Advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Strong emailing and reporting capabilities.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
