Position Name Intern – Quality Executive (Seafood Exports)

Education Qualification Graduation/PG (Food Technology)

Experience 1 to 4 years

Responsibilities

Conduct quality inspections upon receiving raw materials and throughout the production process to ensure products adhere to established standards and specifications.

Detect any deviations from quality standards.

Continuously monitor the production process to guarantee food safety.

Keep precise and comprehensive records of processing activities.

Identify defects and non-conformities in products.

Collaborate effectively with production teams.
