Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Pastry Chef at Thistle Bakeville in Kochi. The Assistant Pastry Chef will be responsible for bakery, food preparation, baking, cooking, and utilizing culinary skills to assist in creating premium pastries and desserts.

Qualifications
• Bakery and Baking skills
• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Culinary Skills
• Experience in pastry kitchens or bakeries
• Attention to detail and creativity in pastry creations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Culinary certification or degree in Pastry Arts is a plus
