We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician for multiple locations: Thoothukudi, Kumbakonam, Thiruvallur, Dindigul, Erode, Pudukkottai, and Karur. Roles And Responsibilities
• Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues, ensuring a high standard of support.
• Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues for staff and end-users.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components for desktops and peripheral devices.
• Manage and resolve network connectivity issues in a timely manner to maintain business continuity.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance on computer systems to prevent system failures.
• Document internal procedures, maintain accurate records and logs related to inquiries and resolutions.
• Assist in providing training to employees on new or updated technologies to ensure system efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain reports for ongoing customer issues, solutions, and equipment status.
