Senior Event Coordinator

Are you a master of logistics with a keen eye for detail and a passion for events? We're looking for an Operations & Production Ninja to join our team! In this role, you'll work closely with our Client Servicing and Sales teams to plan and execute flawless events that exceed our clients' expectations. You'll manage our vendor database and negotiate with suppliers to ensure we have the best resources at our fingertips. You'll oversee the technical and production aspects of our events, ensuring that all equipment and resources are available and working correctly. As a true ninja, you'll manage the event logistics with precision, ensuring that every detail is accounted for and executed seamlessly. Work Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an Operations & Production Manager in the event industry or related fields

Strong knowledge of event technicals and production Excellent vendor management skills and a strong vendor database

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

A problem-solver with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Oversee end to end Event operations , from the brief to post event summary

Must HAVE knowledge of
• Sounds/Light/AV/Console Management/Virtual event / hybrid event
• Knowledge of New Technologies, artist, venue and vendors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

Experience:
• Event planning: 3 years (Preferred)
