Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Manager at Heatex Industries Ltd. in Palsana. The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, manufacturing, and commissioning processes for various equipment and structures. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and optimizing design efficiency.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
• Experience in managing design projects from concept to completion
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Certifications in design or project management are a plus
