The Role

Plan and conduct Work Health Safety and Environmental (WHSE) assurance activities in Maritime Sustainment Division (MSD) business units and develop required reports.
Analyse complex to very complex WHS issues, applying expertise to identify and recommend courses of action.
Keep updated and apply relevant legislation and Defence policies and procedures.
Provide Subject Matter Expert support to stakeholders to conduct in-contract audits on industry partners.
Provide advice, collaborate and communicate with stakeholders on complex to very complex and sensitive WHS issues.
Build productive relationships with stakeholders to inform decision-making and ensure alignment with broader Defence objectives.
