Service Manager

Job description

An air conditioning (AC) service engineer, or HVAC service engineer, provides technical support and maintenance for air conditioning systems. They may also perform some installation work. Responsibilities

Troubleshoot: Diagnose issues with the system, such as electrical or mechanical faults
Repair: Fix problems with the system, such as chilled water or direct extension refrigeration
Maintain: Perform regular maintenance on the system
Install: Install new HVAC components, such as pipework, ducts, and control panels
Test: Test the system to ensure it's working efficiently and safely
Provide technical assistance: Offer advice on how to use the system and how to reduce energy use
Ensure customer satisfaction: Respond to customer complaints and provide regular feedback
Liaise with others: Work with other professionals on the site, such as sales colleagues
Report issues: Report common complaints to management and provide feedback on product development
Qualifications

NV0 or City and Guilds in an H VAC-related field
HVAC certification
F Gas Certificate to work on equipment containing fluoridated greenhouse gases
Diploma Or mechanical engineering
Skills Strong planning and organizational skills, Ability to work to tight deadlines, Strong written and verbal communication skills, and Inquisitive mind and conceptual thinker.

Experience : 5 years

Salary : Based on the experience
