Contractor Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Subcontractor Identification and Onboarding:
Identify potential subcontractors in the local area who align with the company’s requirements.
Assess and verify the credentials, experience, and reliability of subcontractors.
Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
Local Network Development:
Leverage existing local networks to expand the company’s pool of subcontractors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure long-term collaboration.
Project Support:
Coordinate with subcontractors to match them with appropriate projects based on skillsets and availability.
Ensure subcontractors understand project requirements, timelines, and quality expectations.
Client and Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to align subcontractor selection with client demands.
Communicate with clients when necessary to address subcontractor-related concerns or updates.
Industry Expertise:
Provide insights and recommendations based on knowledge of painting works and related trades.
Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and best practices.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in contractor or subcontractor management.
Strong local network within the industry (construction, painting, etc.).
Understanding of painting works or relevant trades is a distinct advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple subcontractor relationships.
Basic proficiency in project tracking and documentation tools.
