Your role

As an Artists Services Officer, you will be at the forefront of our investment programs. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional client service and grant management, ensuring that our artists and arts organisations receive the support they need to bring their creative visions to life. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring the smooth administration of grants and fostering positive relationships within the arts community.

What will you be doing?

Managing the relationship with current and prospective grant applicants
Contributing to the development of our artform policies and initiatives
Providing specialist advice on our Application Management System
Collaborating with Managers Artists Services to develop and deliver sector specific outreach
Working with a diverse range of stakeholders to provide relevant funding information and arts sector knowledge and expertise.
What we need from you

Strong knowledge and professional experience across arts practice area/s
Ability to prioritise and deliver tasks based on deadlines
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to identify and improve work processes
Proactive team player with the ability to actively contribute to team-based work
Willingness and ability to travel nationally to attend outreach programs as required.
