Job Description Required:

Job Role & Responsibilities

Managing the operations at the workshop floor/factory.
Monitoring & maintaining the current production (making reports) & inventory data
Inventory and Vendor Management.
Planning, organizing, and supervising in the contexts of production & Making Production
Report, manufacturing, or provision of services
Developing new vendors
Placing orders to vendors and managing the order process
Managing logistics and dispatches
Managing and hiring part-time/full-time workers for the factory
Should be willing to travel locally and Pan India to supervise on-ground work & hiring on-ground labor.
MS Excel and Google spreadsheets.
Should have 2-wheeler
R&D and preparation of reports according to the same
Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Professional Email Writing
Knowledge of Purchase Orders, Challans, etc.
Experience: Freshers are also welcomed.
Minimum 6 months to 1+ years of Operations Executive experience.
