City Government Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Director of Intergovernmental Affairs. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, developing and implementing strategic plans, and representing the agency in various forums.

Key Responsibilities:
Broad administrative or policy-making experience with responsibility for planning, organizing, coordinating, developing, evaluating, and/or administering large community service programs or activities.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal elected officials, community boards, and the Mayor's Office of City, State, and Federal Legislative Affairs.
Develop and execute on the agency's intergovernmental affairs strategy, including SBS's legislative and policy priorities.
Represent SBS and participate in meetings and events with elected officials, interagency task forces, and other coordinated efforts.
