Government Fiscal Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Contract and Fiscal Analyst. In this role, you will serve as the lead expert and technical advisor on complex administrative policies and procedures. Your expertise will be crucial in preparing, negotiating, and overseeing the administration of grants, contracts, consultant agreements, non-competitive bids, Interagency Agreements, and other procurements.

About the Role
You will maintain oversight of fiscal services by developing, maintaining, and analyzing complex budgets, spreadsheets, reports, and other fiscal documentation.
As a Contract and Fiscal Analyst, you must exhibit an ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment and successfully perform assignments following established protocols and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, negotiate, and oversee the administration of grants, contracts, consultant agreements, non-competitive bids, Interagency Agreements, and other procurements.
Maintain oversight of fiscal services by developing, maintaining, and analyzing complex budgets, spreadsheets, reports, and other fiscal documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration, budgeting, and financial analysis.
