Job Summary:
The State of California seeks an experienced Associate Accounting Analyst to maintain financial systems, perform complex accounting analysis, and utilize expertise in the CGI Advantage system and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining financial security, document workflow, and vendor activities
Developing and implementing effective accounting processes and procedures
Providing expert guidance on financial matters to internal staff and management
Requirements:
Possession of a valid driver's license when operating a State-owned or leased vehicle
Demonstrated experience using accounting software systems, such as Advantage, infoAdvantage, Datalink, and Microsoft Office Software
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Estimated Salary:
$6,146.00 - $7,6+8.00 per year, depending on experience
