Procurement Specialist - Government Contracting

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify sources of supply for systems, components, and/or services.
Prepare and review competitive proposals for systems and services offered by suppliers.
Negotiate subcontract requirements, prices, and terms and conditions with suppliers.
Issue subcontracts to partner businesses and maintain procurement history records on all transactions.
Interact with multiple functions including engineering, operations, quality, finance, accounting, and management to achieve procurement objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability and willingness to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, economics, or a related field. Four additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement.
