Manager Employment Screening

Manage a large team of administrative staff in a frontline service environment ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and processing of National Police Checks, Working with Children and NDIS Screening checks, inclusive of providing advice on the strategic development and tactical operation of the unit, providing resource management, process improvement and participation in high level risk assessments under legislative directive.
