We’re hiring 4 Associates to support our Sustainability Rating & Business Development team! If you’re passionate about sustainability, finance, and ESG, this is an incredible opportunity to join a Germany-based impact investing company from your home base in India.

Position : Associate - Sustainability Rating & Business Development

Location : Remote (India), with limited visits to clients in India, Asia Pacific and Africa.

Start Date : Immediate

About the Role:

As an Associate, you’ll play a key role in our Rating and Risk department, supporting sustainability rating operations, assisting in business development and sales, and contributing to ESG knowledge sharing within the team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to make an impact in the growing field of sustainable finance.

Key Responsibilities:

✨ Support business development & engage in sales activities

✨ Conduct sustainability ratings for financial institutions

✨ Contribute to ESG knowledge development and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Finance, Environmental Science, or a related field

· 1-3 years of experience in sustainability, finance, or a related area

· Strong analytical and communication skills

· A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently in a diverse, international team
