If youre motivated by impact and inspired by a vision to change the world, youll find your place here.Job Responsibilities:Design AssistanceAssist senior designers in creating design concepts, sketches, and prototypes.Research fashion trends, fabrics, and colors to inspire design decisions.Develop and maintain mood boards, color palettes, and design presentations.Design DevelopmentCreate technical drawings and specifications for production.Assist in pattern making, grading, and marker making.Develop and maintain design files and records.Product DevelopmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams (., production, sourcing).Assist in sample development, fitting, and testing.Ensure design integrity and quality control.Learning and DevelopmentParticipate in design meetings, workshops, and training sessions.Learn about sustainable design practices and eco-friendly materials.Develop skills in CAD software (., Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D).Eligibility RequirementsBachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.0-1 years of experience in fashion design is a plus.Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.Proficient in CAD software (., Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D).Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
