Job Description:

The key responsibilities for this role include:
• Providing consultancy to the operations team for escalations and helping stakeholders with design and implementation solutions.
• Handling architecture and implementation of new services, including deployment and configuration.
• Managing Life Cycle Management (LCM) activities, upgrades, and documentation to maintain operational continuity.

The candidate should have skills in both on-premises (Dell storage) and public cloud environments, with a preference for AWS experience.

The required skills and background for the position include:
• Experience with Dell storage solutions, including PowerStore and Isilon
• Skills across both SAN and NAS, with a preference for candidates who have a 60/40 split in expertise
• Exposure to public cloud, particularly AWS, is highly preferred.
• Ability to handle LCM (Lifecycle Management) activities and ad hoc tasks.
• Experience in consultancy, architecture, and implementation of storage solutions.
• The candidate should be capable of handling escalations and providing support to the operations team.
• Preferably someone who can work in a hybrid setup, covering Central Europe hours.
