[Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator / Picker] - Min $20-hr. + $40-day per diem / No Exp. Necessary / Weekly pay - As an Order Selector you'll: Receive direction on the orders physically lift each case of product to stack it on a pallet; Selects customer pallets while operating a range of powered equipment, such as a double electric pallet jack; Relocate an average product case weight of approximately 20 to 50 pounds from pallet to pallet; Maintain a competitive average throughput (defined as your total cases selected by the total hours worked; Maintain an aggressive quality and accuracy standard to ensure the customer receives the highest quality service; Utilize or learn to utilize Vocollect, Talkman, Jennifer, or other voice recognition equipment; Always promote and practice FHI's Value of safety.
