What’s your new role about? The Upgrade Engineer will be participating in execution of critical software and system upgrades across Elevate's enterprise technology landscape. These upgrades may involve:
• .NET Framework/Packages
• Angular Framework/Packages
• Third-Party Libraries
• Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)

Key Responsibilities:
• Execution of software and system upgrades across Elevate's enterprise technology landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Development, and Architects, to ensure seamless upgrade processes.
• Performs testing and validate the upgrade
• Create comprehensive documentation for upgrade processes, including plans, results, and rollback procedures.
• Monitor system performance post-upgrade and address any issues that arise swiftly.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and standards during all upgrade activities.Education:

Education

Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology or equivalent experience

Skills:

Must have
• Basic knowledge in programming, preferably in .NET languages (C#, VB.NET) and SQL.
• Understanding of CI/CD practices
• Experience in managing software upgrades is a plus
• Good communication skills

Nice to Have:
• Experience in Terraform
• Experience in Angular
• Experience with DevOps Tools:
• Experience with Automated Testing:
