Government Services Specialist
The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Government Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide case management services to individuals participating in the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP), while ensuring compliance with government contractual obligations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Meet with participants face-to-face regularly to assess their needs and provide support
Develop and implement individual service plans to meet the unique needs of each participant
Collaborate with community-based partners to ensure participants have access to necessary resources
Monitor participant compliance with program requirements and make recommendations for improvement
Maintain accurate and complete case records for all ISAP participants
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
At least two years' experience in case management or a related field
Bi-lingual language skills required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
