About the Role



Manage budgets and financial reporting to ensure our restaurant's success.

Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional experiences

Embody our values, personality and standards to our guests, staff and partners.

Train and support staff to provide exceptional service in our dynamic environment.

Streamline operations and maintain compliance with company procedures to keep things running smoothly.

Ensure clear communication with stakeholders, guests, and our team for a seamless experience.

Prioritize safety and compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.

Drive sales and continue to build a loyal customer base for our innovative restaurant.


About You



Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.

Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and analysis.

Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on fostering a positive work culture.

Demonstrated ability to implement training programs and drive staff development.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices.

Current qualifications as a Food Safety Supervisor preferred.

Full work rights in Australia and valid RSA.

Potential for visa sponsorship an option

Approved Manager or Licensee accreditation and advantage.
