Job Description: Swiggy Delivery Boy

Position: Delivery Executive
Location: Mangalore (Dakshina kannada and Udupi location)
Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time/Flexible Hours

Key Responsibilities:

Order Delivery: Pick up food orders from partner restaurants and deliver them to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Route Optimization: Use Swiggy’s app navigation features to plan the most efficient delivery routes.
Customer Interaction: Communicate courteously with customers, ensuring a positive delivery experience.
Order Handling: Verify orders for accuracy before delivery and handle them carefully to maintain quality.
Cash Handling (if required): Collect cash payments from customers or process digital payments.
Reporting: Update delivery status in the Swiggy app and report any issues or delays.
Requirements:

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and RC.
Smartphone with internet connectivity.
Knowledge of local routes and areas.
Good communication skills in [local language/English].
Physically fit to handle deliveries.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
