• Position: Territory Sales Manager (TSM) / Assistant Sales Manager (ASM)
• Location: Kota , Bikaner ,Jodhpur,Udaipur, Rajasthan
• Division: Public Health
• Key Responsibilities:
⁃ Manage relationships with key healthcare institutions, including Govt Medical Colleges, CMHO, District
Hospitals, Autonomus Institute,Military Hospitals, ESIC, and Railway Hospitals.
-Meet with Diagnostic , suture , Surgical stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
-Participate in Diagnostic , suture and Surgical tender processes and execute orders efficiently to meet client needs,
⁃ Drive sales by actively pursuing new opportunities and sustaining existing sales
-Identify and develop new accounts to expand the customer base.
-Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction,
• Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
⁃ Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
⁃ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
⁃ Ability to work independently and part of a team, with a passion for public health initiatives
