We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at WCP Building Renewal, a leading provider of building renewal services in British Columbia.

WCP Building Renewal specializes in revitalizing both the interior and exterior surfaces of buildings. With over 20 years of experience, we have delivered over 4500 successful projects across the province. Our team is growing, and we are looking for an outgoing and motivated individual to join us.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by listening to clients' needs and offering tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including property managers, building owners, and project managers.
Generate new business opportunities through sales generation strategies and relationship building.
Coordinate and lead pre-production meetings to ensure clear project expectations.
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction industry.
Proven track record of direct sales, estimating, negotiating, and closing deals.
Previous experience in exterior building restoration or painting, as well as estimating and project management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities with ease.
Proficiency in Google Suites and CRM (Salesforce), CompanyCam, and other relevant software.
