Responsibilities

1. Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs and insights
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform service design and ensure user-centred solutions
3. Developing and implementing research plans to drive informed decision-making
4. Analyzing and interpreting research data to inform service design and development

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in user research methodologies
• Public sector or government project experience
