This role involves leading the development of policies and procedures to support the government's financial transactions. Key responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing the Financial Transaction Control Framework.
Supporting the Treasury's policy thinking and managing large financial transaction proposals.
Collaborating with teams across Treasury and other departments to drive policy objectives.
About the Team

The Balance Sheet Team is a key component of HM Treasury, working to improve analysis, policy, and risk management across government assets and liabilities. The team draws on a diverse network of international institutions and colleagues to inform policy advice and support decision-making.
