Job Description
Support for Students
The college provides a supportive learning environment for all students, including those with disabilities. Counselling and support is provided for students from a range of professionals, including year level coordinators, social workers, psychologists, and a school nurse.
The college has a strong commitment to the welfare and safety of all students, and all staff are trained to respond to any incidents that may occur.
Job Requirements
Teachers must have provisional or full registration from the Victorian Institute of Teaching. In addition, graduates of Victorian Initial Teacher Education programs after 1 July 2016 must demonstrate that they have passed the literacy and numeracy test for initial teacher education (LANTITE) requirements.
Applicants must also be able to demonstrate a range of skills and qualities, including the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with students and parents.
