Role Overview
This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join our team as a Housing Asset Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading on the collection of housing stock data, planning of work programmes, and monitoring of such to ensure the Council meets its housing asset related duties within prescribed timescales.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead on the collection of housing stock data and the subsequent planning of work programmes.
Monitor and report on programme performance, ensuring the Council meets its housing asset related duties within prescribed timescales.
Liaise with Finance and Strategic Investment colleagues as required.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including tenants, residents, and other council departments.
