Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team on a short-term basis. Key Responsibilities

Automation Development:

Design and implement Excel VBA to automate repetitive tasks such as daily reporting and data analytics.
Streamline processes that currently take 25-30 minutes of manual effort per task.

Dashboard Creation

Develop intuitive and visually appealing dashboards using Excel and Power BI with a focus on simplicity and usability.
Ensure dashboards present data in a clear and easily understandable manner for all team members.

Report Generation

Create comprehensive and detailed reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in report generation and distribution.

Data Management

Conduct complex data crunching and analysis to improve operational efficiency.
Integrate automation solutions with existing workflows.

Collaboration

Work closely with team members to identify repetitive tasks and design tailored automation solutions.
Provide training or handover documentation to ensure the team can effectively use the automated tools.

Qualifications

Good Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with the team internally.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills and Attention to Detail: Able to understand complex problems and create simple, effective solutions.
Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise in creating complex Excel macros and VBA solutions.
Dashboard Development: Strong skills in Excel and Power BI dashboard development with simple UI/UX principles.
Data Analytics and Automation Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of automation processes, data analytics, and report generation.
Data Handling: Ability to manage large datasets while ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and advanced Excel. Knowledge of PHP is a plus.
