Job Description

Technical Recruiter

Type: Contract

Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Engineering

Required Experience/Skills:

Atleast 1 to 3 years proven experience in end-to-end recruiting

Experience with US Staffing

Strong experience in recruiting for Engineering positions

Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Knowledge of recruitment best practices

Experience with applicant tracking systems

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes

Responsibilities:

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Additionally, the Recruiter will maintain a pool of qualified candidates, build relationships with potential candidates
