–
Global strategic sourcing – Sourcing & vendor development of intermediate, key starting material and key raw material for development for new projects with respect to quality, delivery leads time, cost and technical support from the supplier.
Timely delivery of Intermediates, KSM, for development basic and plant validation batches, Repeat campaigns & side transfer batches for API manufacturing units and R&D.
Maintaining end to end project tracking data sheet for all ongoing projects to achieve filling timelines.
One Point of contact for resolving all Issues related to RM Delivery, Quality, Technical & Regulatory.
Additional vendor development for commercial products for KSM and intermediate
Submission and clearance of technical data package of intermediate/KSM/KRM from internal cross function to arrange quantity for plant validation batches.
Discuss technical issue with supplier & cross functional departments to resolve specific requirement and technicaldata for DMF submission
Preparations of ordering sheets and follow up the vendor on daily basis for timely delivery.
Internal co-ordination with process, analytical, CQA and regulatory departments to resolve ongoing issue.
Preparation of MIS report for the development and exhibit quantity for R&D and all respective plants.
Measurement of Vendor Performance with respect to critical parameter like quality, delivery leads time, cost and technical support.
