Job Description

Talent is seeking a skilled Field Equipment Technician to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of the surveys directorate and digital services, you will provide critical support to remote workers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose technical issues affecting remote staff
Provide expert guidance on interviewing work and Microsoft 365 services
Test and dispatch new equipment, ensuring it meets high standards
Support the returns process for faulty or damaged equipment
Collaborate with various stakeholders within the surveys directorate and digital services
Requirements:

Experience in technical support and troubleshooting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and data security principles
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
