Project Overview:

We seek a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the development of mobile apps and web portals built on Microsoft technologies for our insurance domain project. The role involves managing onsite and offshore teams, ensuring seamless communication, and efficiently delivering project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:
• Manage and coordinate efforts between onsite and offshore teams.
• Ensure clear communication of project goals, tasks, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any roadblocks promptly.

Leadership and Team Management:
• Lead a team of developers, designers, and testers.
• Motivate team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular status meetings and updates.
• Technical Oversight:
• Guide projects involving Microsoft technologies (e.g., .NET, Azure).
• Ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with technical leads to resolve complex issues.

Client and Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in project management, specifically in Microsoft technologies.
• Experience in mobile app and web portal development projects.
• A strong understanding of the insurance domain is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage onsite and offshore teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar.
