We are looking for a senior woven & leather garment technician for production and garment technology in our Design & Production team for development and bulk production .

Key responsibilities include;

Create accurate style tech pack and finalise fits with factories;
Administration support from updating the seasonal tracker, completing sample comments, communications to suppliers, reporting, and ad-hoc tasks as required to assist the development and production of each season to be on time and in line with our quality standards
Communication with Suppliers on samples
Check finishes and specs and measure samples

You will have:

6-10 years previous experience in a Garment tech role or similar role
Prior experience with woven and leather garments
Experience managing direct reports and freelancers
Excellent garment construction and fit knowledge specifically with tailoring, soft and leather garments
Can do attitude and Solution driven
Organised & efficient, with a strong focus on achieving results;
Experience working with offshore factories (China/Vietnam/India etc.)
Strong, clear communication skills
Ability to work well with others to achieve best product and environment possible
Speed, accuracy & great attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and clear understanding of Achieving Critical Path dates
