• Key Responsibilities:

- Designing: Develop original designs for men's wear collections, including but not limited to ethnic, Indian, Western, and Indo-Western attire.
- Client Interaction: Meet with clients to understand their specific requirements, preferences, and customization requests. Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with clients.
- Bespoke Customization: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and measurements, and create customized designs tailored to their specifications.
- Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, market preferences, and industry developments to ensure our designs remain relevant and competitive.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in garment measurements, pattern making, fabric selection, and garment construction techniques to achieve superior fit and finish.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including pattern makers, tailors, and production staff to ensure smooth execution of designs from concept to completion.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship in all designs, ensuring that finished products meet our brand's aesthetic and quality benchmarks.
- Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients, providing personalized attention, and exceptional service to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.
• Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Fashion Design or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Designer specializing in men's wear.
- Proven expertise in bespoke customization, garment measurements, and designing techniques.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of men's wear designs, including ethnic, Indian, Western, and Indo-Western styles.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and creativity.
- Strong portfolio in men's designing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
