We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who can bring fresh ideas and creative flair to support our Design team. In this exciting and creative role, you will assist with the design and development of digital and print assets, such as eDMs, social media graphics, and promotional materials.

What you will be doing

Designing and producing content for the website, customer emails, site banners, social media graphics and print graphics
Design & develop marketing campaigns, including designing and building layouts and templates for EDM and social
Thinking creatively to produce new ideas
Working collaboratively with the creative team to meet deadlines on creative briefs.
Supporting senior leaders with creating presentations and campaign guidelines.
Upload and refresh content for VM Digital screen updates.
Working on a wide range of media
Ad hoc projects as required

Who are you?

Digital design experience using the Adobe C suite, Canva, Figma
Have an interest in Premier and After Effects.
Understanding and interpretation of brand identity
Ability to work to a brief and execute successfully
Attention to detail
Commercial awareness
Strong organisational skills and time management
Responsiveness to feedback and willingness to learn
Ability to work at fast pace and adaptable to change
