My Home Health is a provider of homecare services in Kolkata since 2010. Our caregiving team consists of experienced doctors, nurses, and caregivers, offering personalized and affordable services. We cover North & South 24 Parganas, Howrah, and Hooghly, providing medical equipment on rental or for purchase with home delivery and demonstration.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Patient Care Coordinator located in Kolkata at My Home Health. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, care coordination, and communicating medical terminology to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications
• Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette skills
• Experience in Care Coordination and knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Patient Care skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
