About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Caring for residents within residential and supported living environments, developing meaningful relationships and understanding their interests.

Providing flexible hours through the week, evenings, and weekends, earning a highly competitive rate of £11.44 - £13 per hour.

Working collaboratively with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent care standards and outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Exceptional communication skills, tact, and sensitivity when interacting with residents, families, and colleagues.

The ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask, prioritizing tasks effectively.

Two references from former employers, including your most recent employer, verifying your experience and qualifications.
">
The right to work and live in the UK.
