Job Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Team Leader to oversee the implementation of CRM software and related IT solutions for the power sector. The primary responsibilities include:

Qualifications
• B.Tech/BE in CS/IT/ECE/BSc – IT/BCA with PGDM/MBA/MSc-IT/MCA
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Experience

Minimum 12+ years in the IT/ITES industry, with at least 5+ years of experience in the power sector.

Experience leading 2 or more relevant assignments involving CRM software design, development, testing, and implementation.

A proven track record in managing complex projects, particularly within the IT or CRM domain.
